Installation

Configuration

This module can be configured via System Configuration in the administrative interface. The following configuration options are available:

CustomPendingTimeHide::Core::StatesToHidePendingTime

Sets the name of a ticket's state to not show the pending time on the AgentTicketCompose screen.

CustomPendingTimeHide::Core::ProcessToHidePendingTime

Sets the EntityID of a ticket's process to not show pending time on the AgentTicketCompose screen.

Use

After configuring the module, opening the AgentTicketCompose action, the pending date will not be displayed and the status of the ticket will remain current.
